Salesforce Certification Sprint: Graduation Day at Emakina

Author: Thomas Halter

Emakina’s 2020 Marketing Automation roadmap kicked off today with a Salesforce Certification sprint: 13 Emakinians just graduated as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Developer. Marketing Automation is a key element for adding value to and boosting the growth of our clients’ business, and this wave of certifications will further strengthen Emakina’s expertise in the matter.

In 2019, Emakina defined Marketing Automation as a key element for its clients’ business growth, as demonstrated by several insights:

  • Many marketers have constructed a digital ecosystem over the last few years; they now need to integrate all the different data and communication silos that were created separately.
  • Email marketing is still too often based on historical data and must operate a shift towards real-time multichannel communication.
  • Users of Marketing Automation tools (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud) must put these to good use to improve campaign effectiveness and multiply their business added value.
Continuous training is the key to staying ahead

Emakina initiated a training roadmap for concerned employees to grow their knowledge and perfect their expertise: Marketing Automation-workshops, strategic brainstorms on existing clients or prospects, and training sessions for platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Today, 13 Emakinians obtained their Salesforce Certification as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Developer.

After graduating, it was time for celebration for
Salesforce’s and Emakina’s teams.

With this wave of Salesforce certifications, Emakina highlights its focus on guiding clients in their 2020 business growth by implementing Marketing Automation as a cornerstone to adding value to their business.
